was referred to John Ascencio through a friend of mine, she used him for her loan as well. John is great at his job he listen and ask you what you are looking for. John is very knowledgeable, honest and most of all very patient! I would definitely recommend John if you are looking for honesty, integrity and passion for his work. Would continue to recommend him to friends and family.
