John is sooo good! If you’re buying a house in CT, you should get him. John was referred to me by a friend, who is a HVAC guy. My friend said John helped him buy several properties and he is the best realtor in CT, which I feel the same way! I’m a beginner, so I know nothing about the houses. John can precisely get my obscure requirements and keep sending me the properties which look good. With 20+ years of experience in this business in CT, he knows every corner around here. We went through around 30+ houses together. He is always very patient and helpful. He gives me very insightful suggestions about how to renovate and notice me some potential problems. He also gives me some estimate quotes for repairing things which is super helpful! I have no idea what is a big issue and what’s not. The whole process is stress free because he arranged everything smooth like a breeze. All the guys he recommended to me are very professional and price friendly, including the mortgage,remodel company and electrician. Even after the closing, he guided me through all the work (gas, electricity, remodeling) and checks on me often to see if everything goes well.
