Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada to immigrant parents from Greece and with that my formative years was surrounded around the family restaurant business where I had the opportunity to hone my knowledge and skills around management, leadership, marketing, budgeting, and languages French, Spanish, French-Creole, and Greek. I relocated to Hollywood, Florida, in 2000 to manage a Greek Taverna restaurant chain where I then met my future Serbian-Romanian wife, Juleana, OPA! Married for 21 years and we’re proud parents of two boys, Dimitri age 17, my special needs young man and Jon age 13, my young teenage boy. The moving adventure did not stop in Florida. My wife and I with our young boys at the time, relocated to Montreal, Canada, in 2012 to manage the family restaurant. Then, the pandemic changed everything for us, from our businesses to our moving back to Florida, to be with my extended family in the warm weather of West Palm Beach in 2021. In the midst of these transitions, I continued to pursue my educational journey earning my Community Association Manager and Real Estate licenses and joined CMC Management LLC and Reliant Reality. With over 25 years of real-world experiences from managing varied businesses to experiences as IT support, software deployment, house inspections, construction oversight, developing business plans, and overseeing projects to its fruition, has not only provided me with extensive knowledge but the ability to problem solve, strategize, and become a thought partner with clients I serve to bring creative solutions and responses to meet their specific needs. As for my hobbies, running has become my latest passion, aside from spending time with my family at the beach, by the pool, watching a great movie, or an evening of game night, but more so traveling with my family brings me the greatest joy.
