We were selling Dad's property from out of state. John was most helpful in explaining how the local market was handled, what we would be expected to do, what would be expected of buyers and what things were open to negotiations. When we had to have some repairs made, John would show up and open the house, then supervise. He was also a good source for lists of repair people and merchants.
