We first met John when we relocated from Florida to the Chicagoland area in 2015. John helped us find the perfect house in an area that had easy access to major highways, great schools, shopping and right across the street from a park. It was hard work for John as we looked at a significant number of houses throughout Chicagoland all the while putting up with my sardonic sense of humour. John made the buying experience enjoyable enough that we called John back to help us sell our beautiful house in Lockport, IL as we were again relocating. This is where John’s experience really helped us out by tapping into his support team and networking. We made a number of upgrades as well as general maintenance that John’s team helped facilitate at a very reasonable price. In the end we did very well on the pricing and turn around. I can’t express my gratitude enough for John’s hard work and friendship in a very difficult time sensitive transition. Thanks again John! All the best in your future endeavours.

John was extremely hard working and diligent handling the sale of my deceased father's house. John was particularly good at recommending various things to do prior to listing to enhance the property's curb appeal. Not only were the suggestions great, but his recommendations for contractors/craftsmen to do various fix-up projects were top notch. All work was done on a timely basis and at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate one bit to use John on a future sale, and would recommend him wholeheartedly to someone contemplating the sale of their residence.

John was wonderful to work with. His advice on staging our home was spot on. His belief in Open House’s was so true. We did not want to do a Open House, however, John explained the importance of having them. Well, we sold our house because of that!
