John Abbott was the absolute right choice for the sale of my house in Orlando, Florida. He led the charge on preparing it for sale, including hiring the right people to paint and clean the interior, make necessary repairs, and improve the landscaping to increase the curb appeal as well as the appeal of the pool area. As a result of his efforts and a strong market, the house was on the market for three days and sold for well over asking price.
