Johanna Roman is a California REALTOR® serving Lancaster, CA and the greater Los Angeles region. Her life journey reflects resilience, service, and leadership, shaped by her early childhood on a coffee plantation in El Salvador and her experience growing up as an immigrant in Southern California, including Pasadena and Lomita.
Inspired by her family’s journey, Johanna authored The Beginning of an Immigrant Family under her artistic name, Cali Magnuson, documenting the challenges and strength of immigrant life. Education has been central to her path. She attended Pasadena City College and Northwest College, later earning an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Los Angeles Harbor College and a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Johanna also pursued leadership and service through ROTC at Blair High School for the U.S. Army, continuing military academic preparation in Pasadena for the Naval Academy. These experiences strengthened her discipline, strategic thinking, and commitment to integrity.
Athletics play an important role in her life. Johanna trained in soccer at Los Angeles Harbor College and now coaches youth soccer with AYSO, mentoring young athletes and emphasizing teamwork, confidence, and personal growth.
Today, Johanna brings together her background in psychology, leadership, athletics, and lived experience to serve her real estate clients with empathy and professionalism. As a bilingual REALTOR®, she is especially dedicated to helping first-time buyers, sellers, and immigrant families navigate real estate with clarity and confidence. Her mission is to empower clients to build stability, opportunity, and generational wealth through homeownership.
