Johanna is great! My wife and I bought a beautiful property in Sept 2010 through her. It was a single house in a gated golf community in the Orlando area. We live in Pennsylvania, so long distance purchasing can be difficult. Not so with Johanna. We told her what we wanted and Johanna searched until she found the right properties to consider. She didn't try to "squeeze" us into a property that did not meet our criteria. She acted as if she was buying the property herself. It was a pleasure to do business with Johanna.
