Johanna helped the reviewer buy this property

Brilliant and Knowledgeable

Johanna was amazing from our first conversation to the finish of our sale and beyond! She knew that I only wanted new construction before even I knew it and she found the area within one day. We go and look at the home and she took care of everything with the builder. She was persistent and found us our dream home and handled everything from our leasing office to utilities. Any hiccup we thought was a major issue, she reassured me that it was not a problem and contacted who she needed to resolve and continue moving forward with the sale. We are so grateful for Johanna and trust her completely. She is our realtor for life!
