Johanna is detailed and thorough in all areas of real estate. Not only is she amazing at her job she will also become a friend during the process. Johanna exceeds in communication, efficiency, diligence, and honesty. Johanna caught multiple items that simply would have slipped through the cracks and was able to advocate for our family well. This was the first home purchase for my wife and myself and truly do not know what we would have done without Johanna in our corner. Johanna will go to leaps and bounds to make sure you completely understand the entire home buying process. She brings countless years of experience to the table and that is very difficult to find. This home buying process for my wife and I was naturally stressful however not near to the stories we have heard and I attribute all of that to be because of Johanna's wealth of knowledge. This was an out of state purchase and Johanna was able to navigate those hoops with ease and no complications. Her bubbly/kind personality shines bright and true from the first time you meet her and through the very end without wavering. That is just who Johanna is at the core...a very good person. I would not recommend another realtor and I would absolutely use Johanna again for all of my/family future home purchases.
