Johanna is the most skilled realtor that I've encountered over several states and over a dozen transactions (buying/selling 4 houses, renting). She sets the standard for professionalism and is genuinely friendly as we enjoy maintaining contact long after our last real estate transaction. She is a great negotiator and always available to answer our questions regardless of time of day or day or week. She understands the market and has our best interest at heart; I know this because she is willing to keep a house at a high asking price if I choose - which means more time on market and more work for her - yet is also bluntly honest in teaching us about the market and the likelihood of selling at other price points compared to the competition. The best compliment I can give anyone is using them again and sending my family to them. I have gone back to Johanna to buy two houses and sell two houses, and have referred my parents to her as well because I know she takes care of her clients.
