We had interviews scheduled with multiple agents. Johanna showed up having done her homework. She came prepared with a PowerPoint presentation explaining all about herself and her "team" of experts and armed with printouts of comps and market data. Johanna explained everything in a way we could understand which helped us with our listing price and making some difficult decisions. She is very ethical and always went above and beyond for anything we needed before, during, and even after closing. Our experience with Jo was very memorable. We told her what we were looking for in a house and she nailed it more than one time. She also explained to us the difference between a nurse build and a pre existing build and she really new her stuff.The first set of houses she showed us were amazing and we thought we found our forever home but we could not make a deal. Then she bowed us another set of homes and she mad it difficult in a good way. We thought that we would take a long time finding a home but Jo really did her homework. We narrowed it down to a couple of houses and we finally chose a home. The proses dealing with the title company was a little bit rough but Jo did everything she could to make it easy and less stressful for us and we would definitely recommend her to anyone new home buys because she really goes above and beyond for her friends be after this we do consider he as our friend!
Johanna knew a lot about the market and helped to give me plenty of knowledge I would not have had otherwise. She was always available and answered any questions I had as well as making the entire process exponentially easier. Despite knowing how busy she must have been I always felt like a top priority when dealing with Johanna and anytime I found a property I liked she would go that very same day and tour the place with me. Johanna is the most skilled realtor that I've encountered over several states and over a dozen transactions (buying/selling 4 houses, renting). Johanna has been great throughout the entire experience. Not only was she available at anytime but she had researched the areas and was engaged with all of the homes we looked at. She was asking the builders, and other agents questions that we have not thought about which really helped us in choosing our home. Our price range, area of location and type of home changed as we are going through the process and Johanna helped us navigate what we wanted vs where we wanted to live vs what made sense as far as a commute to work.
