Very knowledgeable and attentive
It was great to work with Johanna. She is very local and definitely knows the market in Wellfleet. We decided to sell out home in Wellfleet in the spring of 2021 but wanted to wait to move into our new home until renovations were finished. Johanna worked with us to do that. We put our Wellfleet house on the market on January 1, 2022. It sold that day! We moved into our new home on March 8 and we closed on the sale in Wellfleet on March 15. Everything went as planned. Johanna was very caring, understanding and professional through the entire process.
