Joey was fantastic. I live in the Denver area so I couldn't take care of a lot of the little things that need to be done when selling a home. Joey gave me very detailed information on the home value, gave me suggestions on what I should consider doing to the property and he pointed out what might not be so important. (that saved me $) He recommended and arranged people who could do work when needed and he even took a few things that got left behind and stored them for me. Way above what I expected!
