We were amazed with the way we were treated! We met him because of this property listed by Joey Zani for his seller, we decided that day that he would also be the one to represent us as the buyers. From the get-go Joey was very knowledgeable, organized, well researched on all aspects our now property and house! The entire process was seamless, well organized and very well represented. Joey was very respectful, and clean! (Followed all CDC: COVID19 recommendations, mask, social distancing, and hand sanitizer) during the entire process! He walked everywhere we wanted to go on the property 16acres, showed us features we did not even pick up or recognize at first look. He followed through with everything we discussed during conversations, he triple checked by making sure both seller and buyers were happy, and satisfied with all transactions. He was never late, always early. Hands down the best experience we have ever had! Thankful he gave us a couple cards, to share! We highly recommend him, and will be using him for further needs. We’re grateful for his hard work!
