Joey is a one of a kind. We were looking at houses for over a year mostly on our own because the realtors reaching out were just spotty/didn’t seem committed. Joey on the other hand, was resourceful, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient and made us feel like we’ve know each other for years! This was our first home so we really didn’t know much about the process but Joey made everything easy to understand and gave us pointers to prepare for what’s to come after the papers are signed. Joey always went the extra mile to help me find a home , then he showed my Largo home to a couple the day after I closed on my new home and they put a bid on it the next day.
