We were very pleased with our decision to work with Joey Walker. The open house took place the very weekend after the house was listed for sale. We had two offers almost right away, which resulted in selling over asking! Unheard of in this market, and part of that may have been luck, but you need to give luck a chance, and Joey created those conditions.
