Joey was very patient and professional while dealing with our listing. Due to changing family circumstances, the time lines and price points were continually changing and Joey handled all the changes professionally and with a positive attitude. He was honest in his assessment of changes and improvements regarding the property, and because he is from the area, he had a lot of local contacts that we utilized. Toward the end of the sale, everything had to be handled long distance, and Joey had to make a lot of phone calls and handle additional responsibilities above what a traditional real estate transaction generally requires. We had a relatively quick sale due in large part to Joeys guidance through the process. We would definitely use Joey again.
