Joey was my agent when I was looking to purchase my first home. During that time the housing market was in high demand and it seemed almost impossible to secure a home against all the cash buyers and above asking offers. Joey however, could not be deterred. Even after multiple of my offers were passed over, Joey kept a positive outlook, cheered me up, and got right back to finding my perfect home. I really appreciate that he understood what I was looking for in a home and didn't just try to just sell me on any home just to make a profit. Joey was dedicated to finding me the perfect home that would fit my family's needs. During the entire process and even now, months later, he would always go above and beyond for me; moving quickly with communication with the sellers agent and lender, booking viewings, gathering information on the property, etc. Any question I had Joey would answer or investigate right away. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He always gave me his honest advice about everything, even if it meant passing on a home. I can say with confidence that Joey truly had my best interest at heart and that's not something you find often. Working with Joey feels like working with family. I cannot say enough good things.
