I had been looking for a house to purchase for 11 years after I had to sell my last one back in 2009. I love Sunset Heights and have been looking in this area and in Central Rl Paso for the last several years. I caught this home on Zillow one Sunday morning at the end of February. Unfortunately, by the time I called, it already had a contract on it. Oh well. The next week, it appeared on the market once again on a Sunday morning. This time, I did get to see it. I fell immediately in love with it. It is a seller’s market and I am fortunate enough to have been able to pay cash for it. I closed 10 days later.
