I wanted very much to see a house, but didn't know if I would qualify to buy it. Joey put me in contact with a mortgage broker who was able to confirm that I indeed qualified. Even though I was traveling, he was very patient with me in spite of the fact that we had to text a lot. Eventually, I was able to see the house, but the interior had too many problems for me to consider buying it and I really didn't think the neighborhood was a good fit for me. Joey was very understanding and never once tried to pressure or manipulate me into buying the property.
