I found Joelle to be very easy to work with and an excellent communicator. We completed the entire transaction remotely. I had met Joelle previously when a few years ago she was helping us buy a home, so when it was time to sell the Grants Pass home I contacted Joelle and not only did she take care of everything for me including sending me feedback on what needed to be done before putting the home on the market she was there to make it all happen. It was a seamless process from start to closing and the house sold very quickly, in 5 days. I would only work with Joelle Mcgrew in Southern Oregon to buy or sell a house for me and I have worked with many other realtors in Southern Oregon and throughout the country.
