It's very easy to see why my home buying experience was such a success. With 19 years experience, I'm sure Joelle has seen just about everything. We hit a few hiccup's along the way, but Joelle handled everything with respect to the listing agent, as well as the seller's. In my situation, the seller's wanted to close the day before tax day, which was 10 days short of the normal closing period of 55 days. So, right from the beginning, everyone was under a lot of unnecessary pressure. But, Joelle handle it as if I were her only client. She was right on top of everything, even before it happened.
