I don’t have enough kind words to describe my experience with Joelle. I had a deadline and had a lot of pressure. I live 6 hours from the property I needed to sell. My first large task was to find a realtor, after meeting Joelle, I felt completely confident I made the right choice. Joelle’s was there for me, in regards to returning my many phone calls, having patience with my stress and helping me make the house a beautiful showing. Her knowledge and expertise is above and beyond. Joelle is a great asset to all your needs. To this day 3 years later, she is a wonderful friend.

A year ago, as we were randomly making house purchase plans before our wedding, my husband Henry found Joelle Lazaga on social media and immediately called her to express our intention and to simply introduce ourselves. Immediately, we can tell how accommodating and pleasant she was. Fast forward this year, months after our wedding when we’re ready to buy a home, we called her again to seek help. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Joelle. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about real estate. Joelle was very honest and took the pressure off of us as we learned all these things. I have renewed respect for realtors due to Joelle’s dedication, knowledge, commitment and genuine advocacy for us to find our “match”—the home that is really meant for us where we’ll be happy to live in as our first home. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we end up in a bidding war, Joelle walked us through every step of the negotiations. Aware of the current real estate’s seller’s market, she even suggested that we do not go beyond what we can afford just to be competitive. She was fully aware of how important the budget is as we want to live comfortably within our means and not forcibly purchase a home just because we are pressured with competition against other buyers. All throughout the viewing trips, Joelle would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, roofing, termite issues and other challenges that would help us decide whether the house is a good one or not. Joelle led us through multiple rounds of negotiations to get to a price we are comfortable with. While I do know that all buyers have set expectations for their agent in this professional relationship, one thing I didn’t expect was how I genuinely felt that Joelle puts herself in her client’s shoes like she was the one purchasing as she puts her whole heart into it. Ms Joelle has been fantastic from start to finish. She showed professionalism every step of the way. Not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable with our home buying process. She provided honest and constructive feedback for every home/neighborhood we viewed. Most important part is she helped us secure our first home without the hassle and worry. As first time home buyers, we surely got lucky with Ms Joelle being our realtor.

If I were to type out all the ways Joelle exceeded expectations, I'd run out of room! My wife and I came to Joelle defeated because we lost multiple homes under another realtor. Joelle was our realtor from beginning to end of our home buying journey. She stuck with us through the times when we were just getting our toes wet and didn’t even have our loan preapproval done yet and showed us homes and offered us advise when we didn’t even know what we were looking for. She was our realtor during the pandemic and her communication and quality of service was top notch. She replied to us immediately all the time and kept us in the loop. She also got us our perfect home and was the one person during escrow that helped my husband and I from having constant panic attacks!
