My experience starts with meeting a crossroad in my life. My life suddenly changed and with it came a lot of indecision. As I explored my options, I had the pleasure of meeting Joelle. As I explained my dilemma, she expertly guided me through my (mental) barriers. After making my final desicion, Joelle stepped in and forced me into not giving it to the previous homeowners and buy the home for what Joelle could negotiate it for. I was a total lay down sale. I consider myself a savvy person, however, on this purchase I was totally blind. As Joelle put it, she could've made more money off me it I bought the house for list price, but she put me first...Hence the positive review.
