Joel helped the reviewer buy this property

Joel was a fantastic agent!

I’ve known Joel forever, but this was my first chance to work with him in a professional capacity and it didn’t disappoint. He was helpful, responsive, and guided my wife and I through every step of the home buying process; from showings to recommendations for inspection/lending/etc., Joel brought professionalism and insight to the table. Any time we had a question for him or the sellers, Joel was quick to chase down the answers. His knowledge of the market in our area and what we were looking for in our new home made the choice to work with him easy. He’d be a great agent to work with for anyone looking. Thanks again, Joel!
