Joel was fantastic to work with as first time home buyers. We never felt pressured and he took the time to point out potential projects and hidden assets to each house as we toured them. Even as the pandemic hit, Joel was vigilant providing us with the different procedures to tour each house. Joel was always available for texts and calls as we asked a million questions. We couldn't be happier with Joel and will definitely use his services again when we look again.
