Selling a home can be stressful and confusing especially when people like my husband and I have little knowledge about real estate. Luckily we had Joel Zielke by our side. He made the whole experience stress free and honestly pretty easy. He’s very knowledgeable, kept us updated at every stage of the process, answered all of our questions and concerns (we had many)and was very patient. He even notified us before our attorney regarding the closing. I’ll recommend him to everyone I know who needs a realtor. Joel is the best!!!
