Joel was always communicating with us. He really listened to what we were looking for and what our budget was. Joel never pushed us to look at something that would make us house broke. He was patient with us as we were all over the place for locations. He was flexible as far as showings and working with our schedules. He was also honest when we were looking at homes about their qualifications for certain loans as well as whether we had a real chance of securing the home. We highly recommend Joel if you're looking for someone who's going to be honest and upfront with you while helping you find what your looking for but also keep your feet in reality.
