Joel is quite a professional. The sale that he helped us with took place during Covid and its ever-changing landscape. Joel was able to adjust and adapt to this strange situation with care and was able to maintain a sense of humor at the same time. And we sellers live in 3 different states on top of that. A job truly well done.
