My experience with Orchard was a great find
Joel did a great job helping me find my new home. It had everything I wanted, then we needed to sell my home. He had an open house right after I had the house ready to sell. It sold the next day for more than I asked for. Closing went very well. Overall I could not have asked for a better real estate agent,
