Joel Ritter

I had the best experience with Joel Ritter during my battle to find a home that had to have the the biggest need on my list, a garage that fit my truck. This home was also my first home that I would be purchasing. With this came many questions that Joel had to answer not only once, but sometimes two or three times. It was never a bother and he took the time to help me and explained everything, every step of the way. He was quick to respond to emails/text and never left me wondering what was going on. You can tell Joel truly cares about his job and his clients. He makes you feel like a friend from the first time you meet him. Even though I love my new house, I look forward to the next time I get to work with Joel.
