While in the Leander area on an extended visit with family, we were curious to see the area - with absolutely no intention of purchasing a home. Our son gave us Joel's phone number as he was their realtor. On contacting him we asked to view a couple of homes and let him know that we were just looking - he was willing to show us around on that premise. Absolutely great experience working with this man. He took a not so great situation like COVID-19, and was able to market our home in such a way that it sold in 18 days.
