Joel was initially the listing agent for the house that we bought. After meeting him and starting through the process (and knowing that we should have our own agent) we truly felt that he was fair, realistic and did a good job balancing both ours and the sellers' best interests. So, we just used him for the whole buying process. He has construction knowledge, knows the area, knows the process, was absolutely professional as well as down-to-earth, and very easy to ask questions to. He was always prompt getting back to us, even when he was out of the country! We then had him sell our house, which he did a wonderful job with. He would make suggestions, but was never, ever pushy. We think that he has the trifecta: construction experience & understanding, understanding of the real estate process, and finesse with people! It was a really good experience all the way around, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
