Joel Hines was born and raised in Johnston County and is familiar with the area! He graduated from UNC-Wilmington with a Bachelor in Science majoring in Entrepreneurship and Business Development.  Joel also grew up around the market as the son of parents who have lots of experience in the housing industry.  He is ready to make his own mark in the field by providing the best client/customer service possible.
