Joel helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent and professional through every step of the process

We came from out of town with the task of trying to buy a house within a few days. Joel was fantastic about setting up a long string of showings and getting us to each house efficiently. He was knowledgeable about the market and knew which houses would fit our many concerns, and within a day we had chosen a home. He was extremely helpful in navigating the process as well, keeping us updated every step of the way, which was even more important in our case than just showing homes. Also very responsive. I would highly recommend Joel to anyone needing a real estate professional.
