Joel is very easy going and brought a sense of calmness to our entire process. We were fighting against the clock and he remained focused on what we were looking for. He even helped us look at rentals in case we needed a plan B. Joel allows his client to guide the way but also makes suggestions when he feels it may be helpful. He is very down to earth and was enjoyable to work with him.

I worked with Joel to purchase a home in the Phoenix area and really can’t say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly.
