I was selling land during a difficult time, and Joel did have a lot of information to give me along the way. He was understanding of my wants and my position as well. In the end, we sold the property for a fair price and the process was simple.

Joel was one of three realtors I interviewed. His enthusiasm for the job was what sold me right away. He was knowledgeable about the area market and realistic in his recommendations. Since I was at a distance, he and his team handled a fair amount of the preparation coordination. When it came time to sell, he was able to negotiate a sale price 4 percent over asking. That may not sound like much, but it covered almost all of his commission. The house was on the market for 3 days (one long weekend) and the winning bid was the first one we received on the first day. A very comfortable position to be in. After we went under contract, his team kept us well informed and explained everything as we went along. They also were very responsive to my questions. Cori (One of the team members) sent a "touch-base" email every Friday. Settlement went as smoothly as I have ever been involved with. Joel and his team come VERY highly recommended.
