Joel was so great to work with. I was initially concerned with looking at properties that I would be annoying... Never the case! He was very responsive to calls and texts. He was always willing to show us homes, even if they were out of the way. I can't recommend Joel highly enough. Both my wife and I have really appreciated his local knowledge and expertise. He was there from the beginning to closing on our home, and helped us with all our questions (and anxiety).
