My boyfriend and I have given up trying to book a house tour with this guy. We have been trying to set up a viewing with him for the last 3 weeks. He has cancelled on us twice with no real explanation and failed to follow up with us 3 times. Very poor professionalism and experience.

Joel was integral in our first home purchase. He was patient with our lack of knowledge as we honed in on what we were looking for in a home. He really helped teach us key things throughout the process as well as giving us insight into different factors to consider that we'd never thought of. He is a shrewd negotiator and cool under pressure. It's clear he is really knowledgeable and level headed which was really helpful (since we approached most things completely emotionally) I cannot say enough good about him!
