Joel is amazing and patient. He found a house i loved and was there whenever i needed encouragement. I gave him a dream list and a basic list and for the price i ended up with a home closer to my dream than i ever imagined for its price. He always found solutions for issues that came up even after the sale. He also worked great with my. Mortgage company so closing was easy on me with my traveling 8-5 schedule.
