I can't say enough good things about working with Joel! Not only did he sell our home in record time, but he also got $17,000 over our initial asking price! He was always available anytime we needed him, day or night. His staff was so quick sending over any documents that needed to be reviewed or signed and answered any questions we may have had regarding them. Joel was spot on when we asked what things we could do to improve our home to make it sell for more money.
