Joel is an amazing Realtor, going above and beyond in helping clients prepare to sell their homes. He understands the attachment we have to our homes and the difficulties in letting go of a place where so many memories reside. He is patient and kind but also provides strong support in doing what needs to be done to sell your house. He is knowledgeable and has strong communication skills. He sold my aunt’s home and our home and I would happily recommend him to anyone else who wants to be guided through the real estate process whether you’re buying or selling a home.
