Joel Bass

Joel was just a few minutes late, but he called to let us know that a semi truck was blocking his path rather than allowing us to sit in our car wondering if he was coming. We appreciated that. He was very polite and very respectful to the home owner by making sure we were wearing masks, not touching surfaces in the home and taking off our shoes before entering. He took his time to show us the home and allow us to spend as much time as we needed to really get a good feel for it without pressuring us to a time limit. He gave us access to all the nooks and crannies of the home that we wished to see and answered all of our questions with thoughtful answers instead of a bunch of "I don't knows". Although our experience is limited to just one home showing, we were very pleased with his knowledge of the home, his friendly demeanor, prompt arrival and patience. Thank you Joel.
