Joel And Jane Scott

Joel Scott has been an angel of a real estate agent for me since 2008, when I decided to change my life and buy a multiplex in Seattle. I had already had numerous agents tell me that I would never be able to do that. Joel said, “Let’s get started…” It wasn’t easy as I had a limited resources and very specific needs. With Joel’s help I realize my dream and changed my life, becoming financially independent for the first time. Twelve years later, I just sold that multiplex that Joel helped me get. Given that there was a 99.9% chance that my buyer would be a developer, I decided to use a real estate attorney to simply write the paper in order to minimize costs. When tenant issues, landlord-tenant issues and unanswered questions and a lack of transparency with the attorney created too much stress, I called Joel and asked him if he thought he could get enough more for the property to cover his commission. He did with a lots left over to help fund my retirement. Once Joel was on board, everything was easy. Joel is a pro; he’s incredibly efficient, kind, aware of everything that needs to be done and takes care of every detail beautifully. I cannot recommend Joel Scott enough. I have told him this over the years and he just proved it again. Joel walks on water. ❤️
