Great service! House was sold fast and for the price we wanted!

We have used Joe's service for buying a house and selling a house before. He was very attentive about the price we wanted and even recommended that we could sell it for more than we were looking to get and he was right! He gave us recommendations on what we should and should not fix in the house to give us the biggest bang for our buck without putting too much more money into the house. The recommendations were so good we even asked him for ideas about the new house that they we bought as well. We have recommended Joe and his company to everybody we know now because they do such a great job compared to other real estate agents we have used.
