Joe Youngblood is very thorough & he wants to make sure you understand each phase of the process. When he is your agent, he takes very serious that he is representing you and your best interests in the process but he does so without being discourteous to the other party involved in the transaction. I'll have to say that it was a great experience. I was going to list the property for less money but Joe encouraged me to list for more, and that paid off! He warned me of the delays and problems that are possible in the process but our sale, I thought, went very smooth. He deserves an A+ in my opinion!
