Joe Wolvek went above and beyond to help us renovate, show and sell a condo in the South End in 2018. He helped us decide which renovations would increase the sales price, and which were not necessary. He worked with our contractors to get estimates, get approvals, and get the work done timely. When the condo was ready, he immediately held several open houses and got us two great offers. Finally, Joe ensured that the negotiation of the P&S and the closing went smoothly. He is a master at his craft!

In response to some arduous back-and-forth with negotiations after a hair-raising inspection on our soon-to-be new home, we let Joe know how much his help saved the day, and allowed us to feel comfortable moving in in July 2020: “Thanks Joe! You are a negotiation black belt! We will have you over soon! The view is amazing, the pool is refreshing, and we are extremely happy!” Coming from a background of high-end city condo sales, Joe stepped out of his comfort zone and worked closely with the seller’s realtor to find a solution that we both felt comfortable with. We were all new to the suburban housing market (having been city dwellers ourselves) and the host of issues with a “new” old home are not akin to anything you would see in a luxury condo sale. Three years later, we are still loving our house on a hill and are grateful for all of his hard work.
