My wife and I would unequivocally recommend Joe to anyone interested in buying/selling real estate in the Annapolis/Baltimore/DC area!! From our very first interaction I knew Joe would be a strong advocate for our best interests. His high level of knowledge, positive demeanor, and sense of humor made our first home buying process a great experience. We reached out to Joe under somewhat unusual circumstances. We were just a few months from expecting our first child, and were only interested in one particular property. Joe was very understanding of our desires, and never pushed us to explore other properties/locations that didn't meet our needs. When we decided the home was right for us, he worked tirelessly to complete the transaction in a timely manner, ensuring my wife and I had sufficient time to move and get settled before our baby arrived. Joe went above beyond when the seller, who had elected not to use a realtor, appeared to become overwhelmed by the process. Joe did a wonderful job balancing our interests, while proving he was a genuinely good person, offering his expertise to the seller at no charge in order to keep the transaction on track. Thanks to his hard work we were able to reach an amicable agreement with the seller. Throughout the process Joe was VERY responsive to our questions and concerns. He was always quick to return our text messages and phone calls, and seemed to always make time for us, even at odd hours, or while out with friends/family. He helped mentor and educate us through our first home buying experience, and for that, we are grateful. We have been in our home for over 6 months now, and are still very grateful for Joe's help.
