Joe was awesome from the start. He knew the neighborhood, he didnt care how messy the house was, he was responsive to all of our demands and gave us sound advice concerning home inspection reports. Without his guidance we would still be sitting there waiting for a buyer.
My wife and I were planning to retire in the Sonora area. So, we started looking on line, and 9 out of 10 times, this guy named Joe von Herrmann would show up on most of the properties we were interested in. We didn't now him at all, but after we made the first call to him, it was like we were old friends. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable of the COMPLETE area around Sonora. It only took us one day to find our new home in the Phoenix Lake Area. Joe was always on top of things and he helped me and my wife close this home in a remarkable time frame. And yes, there were complications to the deal, but he worked with the sellers and us, the buyers, to complete the deal and everyone was happily surprised that it went so smoothly.
